You want 98 unlease the conpression ratio is decreased. In general a higher octane number is better/safer option. l I don't know if an additive for the valves is needed on a g engine though.

My opinion, 98 without additive.
The engine air cooled not need for additive it seems to me. |

i alway's put 95 in my gs engine and never had problems. only in my turbo gs engine i put 98 or higher but that's another story. _________________
