But even this car was not shortened ????
Why in the name of fuck do people do modifications that don't have a purpose or a meaning ???
You put 17 inch alloys to make your 2cv look racey
You paint it satin metallic with whitewalls to give it a Kustom touch
You shorten it by 2m so it looks like this :
Why make your car look like a Port a Loo ??? why ???
(that's what I mean by purpose/meaning) _________________ "That bumper fits there like sunglasses on pig" O.E.

I will never pretend to like something in order to make people feel OK...
I don't expect people to do that either.
When you modify a cars proportions the least you can do is a sketch before you start, to see what the result could be (oryou ask a friend who knows photoshop)
I cannot believe any sketch was done before this car was cut up
well, in some ways I hope not...

In the UK there is a craze for making cars shorter. A lot of VW split screen vans have been done by removing the centre section which has the sliding side door in it and i have also seen an Austin mini done in the same way.
Not a fan of this myself but i like what he has done to the front and the dash mod's.
I'm going to reserve judgement until its finished. _________________ If it works ok, "LEAVE IT THE FUCK ALONE". |

I'm with you Stefan, that really does look like a drivable car to me,(the dogs bollox).
I think i would have left it un-painted though. Let it rust!!! _________________ If it works ok, "LEAVE IT THE FUCK ALONE". |

Hey,
I was building a very traditionnal deuce 3w, but I finally got inspired by this Tetanos project and I modified my plans.
I really don't regret it, I have a very unique hot rod now!

Hey nice deuce you have there!
I think color is a bit boring, I prefere that you choose some nice
trafic sign color. People need to see you and your great vehicle
everywhere! Also wheels are guite boring. I know that you can
get Delta mics whit 5 bolt pattern! Also old 2cv spoiler could fit
there whit small work!
