thank's for your comments. i think the hubcaps come from 403.
now the interior: like i find it! look at the original tissue of door.
and the system of defogging!

You should just make this kind of rally plate and that's it !
(tu devrais juste faire une plaque de rallye comme celle-ci et puis c'est tout!)
