Is there a manufacturer for visa 652 engine breather? I searched through catalogues of internet parts dealers but couldnt find one. Can I fit the one for 2cv, and lead two tubes into one? What about the CPD valve sold by Ecas? Anyone? Thanks. |

To answer my own question: I bought Reed Valve breather from ECAS for my visa engine. It seems to be working fine. Basically it works by the same principle as the original one, but instead of rubber non-return valve, the valve is made of thin metal strip, so I guess it will last longer than the original part. It's also smaller in dimension. I connected two thin pipes into one and lead it to filter casing.

you can also repair the old one if you want to :)
open it at the "curling" , put off that old hard plastic thing, replace it with rubber-stuff(you can use the hard one as model.
clinch it at the plate.(but not tight, needs to be flexible).
but that thing together again, weld a few dot's, seal it with glue..
ready. 30 minutes work, hundreds of euros saved.
