Yes it seems it is... it would need a top chop to get better proportions. _________________ www.super2cv.com |

AND resonable size rear tyres! God´s sake those could stand
400bhp and in this car they are just rollers!
wheels makes it look like this
But, yes, whit lotsa work and good taste you could get it look nice.

Wheels look so obviously stupid, I didn't think to say anything 'bout them! _________________ www.super2cv.com |

This car has just as much potential as any other 2cv, maybe even less. |

Its funny how in 2cv scene "something cool" needs to be "always" cutted up.
When same time in some other cars scene, people thrust their cars beatyness
and focus more on detailing and finnishing.. In 2cv scene those results could
be something like this:

No, a 2CV doesn't need to be cut up, but this one is - and, well, I like both kinds - if done well.
I think this pickup is a promising start. Obviously, with other rear wheels. I don't think the top needs to be chopped. My very first thought was a stake bed, but I discarded that idea quite quickly and realized that a purpose-built bed for two motorcycles would be cool. Like two custom speedway bikes.
I'm sure other builders have other ideas.

A 2cv needs a modified chassis if it would be converted into a nice pick-up, especially when it's channeled. The chassis is going up in the back, with zero loading capacity as a result if you want to keep the bucket beautiful and functional. |

Especially when this one looks like channeled just on rear of body. (bonnet and fenders are in weird position)
I think something like 300e would be resonable price of it.

Yes, of course, one will need to move or replace the fuel tank and build a new rear frame when building a bike hauler.
And the bikes can't be long or heavy either, thus speedway bikes.
I think it is a cool idea. Anyone is welcome to disagree.

I've never really get this pick-up thing. Mostly about the 2cv where it just blow away its nice curves. Joseph made a cool drawing once, it was looking good.
Olli, did you ever draw a pick up 2cv? You don't, isn't? _________________ www.super2cv.com |

Just because people use a 50 euro wooden garden shed instead of homemade metal design. |

I really do like this one, if you just take your time it isn't impossible to make a really nice pick-up! |
