Hello Snailpeople,
May I introduce myself and my ride here? I'm male and since March '85 driving around Europe in (mostly) a '78 2cv6 and my all time favorite is (since Feb 1989) my blue myosotis/yellow 13-UK-83, better known as P-NIS6 but Bobby the cop took the registrationpapers 5years ago..
Since the 4th of May 2005 my daily ride is P-NIS56. It's green, see avatar. Completely original, as drumbrakes around and the small round carburator. Once clocked on 130km/h so not that bad, with 145/15tyres. Before me 10years some lady drove 2000km a year in it which was bad for the gearbox. To much space on the teethwheels (?). But it goes like stink so me look happy!
No bumpers, small lamppost, a little lower, trailerhook, rainpipe-exhaust, C35-speedo, sometimes 18,5 km/ltr. fuelconsumption. No, not when droving back from Sweden with KustomBart both pedal-to-the-metal. Nice ride Bart;-) P56 so far was for 121.000km. on the road as 99-TZ-41.
We never did overtake Stefan.
