Gosh it looks ugly!
Wheels are quite ok, these are "Targa Alto" 14".
They look too small on regular high 2cv but with channelled car and low tire, I guess they can look good. These ones are maybe too wide, but only my opinion.
But for sure, wheels are the only interresting thing on that car! _________________ www.super2cv.com |

Are they Renault wheels? I seem to recall seeing something similar fitted to an 8 Gordini? _________________ www.international2cvfriends.com |

It'd be a load of wank in england with our piss poor weather, but if i lived in the south of France or spain etc, that would be one fun ride, although you would look a bit of a ginger beer in it i guess. _________________

Is anyone sure on the origins of those wheels, though? They look bitchin' to me, I want some! _________________ Don't ask me what I think of you 'cause I might not give the answer that you want me to.

They are the same - although not detailed, as fitted to this 2cv pick-up?
Found on Jeroen Cats' (R.I.P.) website:

These are Targa Wheels, as Etienne said (I can't see the pics you posted ?)
Targa most likely made rims for Renault 8 gordini, but the most famous are the ones made by Gotti, similar to these Citroen Targa items.
I had a set of 14 inch ones... same deal as the other Delta Mics I had...
Actually I swapped the GSA Cottage Rims that were on the Alfa Ami (that I couldn't sell, even for 60 euros) for these Targa Altos, which I then sold for 500 euros...
As said before... gotta fund decent project some way or another _________________ "That bumper fits there like sunglasses on pig" O.E.

yeah, those have been shown on our big 2cv message board before...
the last 2 designs could be quite nice...
but I worked out the price for 4 + postage + import tax... can't (don't want to) remember how expensive it was...

I will buy these wheels. Some day. Shipping from Argentina will probably be more than the cost of the wheels. Plus bribes for customs. If they ever arrive. _________________ Don't ask me what I think of you 'cause I might not give the answer that you want me to.
