Hello,
I'm Martijn Timmers, and I live in the Netherlands ('s-heerenberg, Gelderland). I'm sadly 17 years old (wish to be 18!), but i've got my first car! Its a 2cv6 from 1985. I'm not going to customize it extreme, but i will give it my personal look.
This is how I bought the car 1 week ago:
When I have money I'm going to change some things, but then You hear it here!
Martijn
Ps: Sorry for my bad english! |

what are you going to change to the car? i like the red/black theme, but think the flames could be done better. also maybe paint the rims black? |

Yes we build a burton (723, british racing green), we started 2 January 2007, and in july we finished the car.
we also have a hardtop
Since then, the 2cv-virus got me!
I tought about expanding the rims front 2 inch, back 3 inch, but i don't know how hard it is to expand the mudguards. If that is done (or not) I think I make the rims black.
This are the things what I want to do:
- New roof (This one is repared, and its original color was red what you can see at some places when you're near the car)
- Lowering the car (Not to much, becouse of all the thresholds (?) in the netherlands )
- Round headlights
- maybe custom bumpers
- If I expand the rims, the mudguards have to be re-painted, then I remove the flashers and make them in the bumper.
- maybe other backlights.
- flamethrower in the exhaust.
- Other interior (now its white panterprint whit green "grass"mat on the floor.
This was what got into my mind for now, maybe some one has got suggestions (Not to expensive, I dont have that much money )

You should just respray it in original red, buy a original red roof, keep these wheels, keep these lights, loose the looser exhaust, and maybe you will have a car which look like something smart... _________________ www.super2cv.com |

Look, if you really like wider wheels, you should go for something stylish like this :
And don't be a pussy, speed bumps won't stop anyone to drive low... _________________ www.super2cv.com |

Just try to lower your car, if it ride as shit, you can always make it higher
buy round headlights, an 61-65`s type grill, paint it an other color and
your wheels black, you car will look much better _________________ "Rat look is just an excuse to stop a restoration half way............." |
