has anyone experiences with Weber dual carburetor?
i friend of mine gave me an 40 idf. just thinking about putting it in some day..
where is the difference between DCOE and IDF ? _________________ in rust we trust... |

No idea Malte. Basically there are standing and laying Weber's, but I don't know which code is which.
For a 2cv one can also use a visa Weber carb, don't know it's number/code either, but can find out when you want to know. _________________ I like to play |

Basicely, DCOE are horizontal
and IDF vertical

the visa one is no dual cab.
ok thanks..then DCOE is horizontal, and IDF is vertical. :)
now i just need to clean it, develop an air-inlet. and go.

that pic of the twin webber set up makes me laugh why would you need 4 chokes for 2 cylinders surly you would be better off with 2 mikuni motorcycle carbs or carbs of an old bmw gs |
