have done a little search and found some KONI numbers:
87-5071SPF8 for front suspention
82-20363P07 for rear suspention
does anyone know where I can find them?
KONI factory has nothing in stock anymore
or other solutions for lowering my LNA (no air ride)
need some help here
if I find a good solution for the suspention: the LNA will be powered by BMW engine... |

Maybe there is some suspension available for a Peugeot 104 / talbot samba?
If not -
Springs:
Take all the measurements of your springs and speak to spring coil about producing some shorter and uprated, maybe find out Nova, AX or 205 modified spring rates as these are a bit bigger but will just mean they're stiffer, spring coil may be able to advise on such things based on the weight of the vehicle.
http://www.springcoil.co.uk
Has cost me £200 for a set of 4 in the past.
Dampers:
Speak to GAZ or AVO and they can probably find some to fit or make some, based on your measurements again.
if not drill them and fill with gearbox oil:
Measure how much oil comes out, weld a nut on the hole, fill with the same amount of gear box oil and seal with a bolt and copper washer.
If this project goes ahead I'd love to hear and see more! |

Thanks Yellowpickup,
That's some useful information !
The koni numbers above are from a talbot samba😊
Also Visa chrono will fit I think.
I'm gonna measure the springs and contact Gaz.
To be continued... |
