I reckon ollis idea is definatley better. And with thierrys wheels,

What about having a full rear wing (fender) for the back?

I agree with max.
Also about the rear fender.
I love the ideas and photo-shops of Olli. He made one for me, but I didn't listen!

Nice ... This is good, there will be closed rear fenders on,
Aluminum gray and bright yellow (how about orange?)

It will never be painted black ...

I have thought about louvers in the bonnet

I will be hard to have louvers in bonnet, if you use ripple one.
Its already full of louvers and other shapes.

I add closed fender and that "dagonet skoop".
That yellow/silver color is from these old mustang warbirds and
its quite noticeable. So in this theme I would stay on it.

A yellow nose with a red stripe.

Then, chequered flag up till the front doors.

The rest of the car of course in silver.

I think it is a good Idea to be inspired by a good theme but however adapt it to the car and it's lines, not literally paste it onto car. Copying this plane paintscheme completely would also mean painting the rear fenders and bootlid in yellow Wink

Mustang plane, is big, 2cv is small, Too many different colours clutters things up too much, maybe ?

I also agree that Olli's interpretation of mustang theme is spot on for 2cv.

It would be cool to see it happen, Lars Wink but maybe without front indicators in the fenders (side indicators on the body and old rear panel maybe ? )

Olli, you're a genius with photoshop!

Lars, I think it looks good in the that alu/yellow color combination and with "closed" rear fender. But why not wider steel wheels, painted yellow instead of those alu wheels on the picture?
