Hey there. I also know Geoff and have seen and love his Bijou!
below are some pictures I took from last years club show.
Sure someone said it does 100mph? Is this right Geoff?

see i have run it on both 125 and 145 tyres( 145 what we use on the racers, these been bigger dia)
the bijou due to the shape is smooth throught the air meaning that in 4th it will pull 6600 rpm
now on 125 tyres on a dyane box gives 12.9 mph per 1000 rpm
but on 145 this gives about 95ish mph
not to accurate, but to be honest not to bothered about top speed
not measured with gps , and also has a gs speedo fitted what shows fast
now looking at doing a box with a hight top for cruising _________________ the older i get the more projects i start!!!!!!

Crap ! that sounds nice...
Agreed about top speed... nowadays in any case you can't drive fast... but acceleration, that's another kettle of fish
I'm curious to see what the Alfa will be like with the Tyres I've fitted... I just hope it won't be too sloppy...
how long have you had this Bijou ? I recall seeing on Evil Bay a Bijou project, it had a refurbed 2cv6 chassis and engine Gbox, and 2 shells (one good one bad)... I think they wanted 8 or 900 quid and it didn't sell I was like s**t why am I in france _________________ "That bumper fits there like sunglasses on pig" O.E.

this isnt the one, this one has been 602 for years used to be green, i got it last easter, then just rebuilt it on racing car running gear and seats and dash, there were 2 shells together one with no roof for £500 for the pair, ( i think there still there) inc glass, then i put my spare one on ebay just a shell no glass or running gear, i had a clear out of projects not needed.
i cant wait to see the ami _________________ the older i get the more projects i start!!!!!!
